At Himalayan Organic, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for unopened or unwanted items.

However, we are committed to your satisfaction and want to ensure you receive the highest quality products. If you encounter any of the following situations, please contact us immediately:

  • Damaged Product: If your product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you free of charge.
  • Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you and pick up the incorrect item at no additional cost.
